Last month, during the E3 convention, Telltale Games and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment gave fans their first look at Telltale’s newBatmanvideo game seriesBatman - The Telltale Series. With Telltale bringing this game toComic-Conlater this week, the company has unveiled a new trailer. The company has also confirmed that the first episode will be released on August 2.

Batman - The Telltale Serieswill be making its worldwide debut as a digital download with its first episode available on consoles, PC/Mac, and iOS or Android based devices. The series will be available to purchase at retailers starting Sept. 13 as a special “Season Pass Disc,” which will include the first of five episodes in the season, and will grant access to the subsequent four episodes as they become available for download via online updates in North America. The series will then be available to purchase at retailers across Europe on Sept. 16.

Batman - The Telltale Seriesis an episodic game series licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and based on DC’s iconic character. Rendered to look like a living, breathing comic book, Telltale’s vision of Batman will feature an award-winning cast of talent, includingTroy Bakerin the role ofBruce Wayne,Travis Willinghamas Harvey Dent,Erin Yvetteas Vicki Vale,Enn Reitelas Alfred Pennyworth,Murphy Guyeras Lieutenant James Gordon,Richard McGonagleas Carmine Falcone, andLaura Baileyas Selina Kyle. Additional cast and characters will be revealed as the season progresses.

On the night of Saturday, July 23rd, you’re able to be among the very first to experience the premiere episode ofBatman - The Telltale Seriesat a special crowd play event on the big screen ahead of public launch! JoinTroy Baker(voice of Bruce Wayne) and hostGreg Miller(Kinda Funny) along with some of theTelltale Gamesteam for an evening full of fun, excitement, and perhaps even some giveaways as the crowd will be encouraged to shout and direct the choices on-screen.

Troy Baker will also be at Comic Con for the world premieres of two more animatedBatman movies,Batman Unlimited: Monster MayhemandLEGO DC Super Heroes Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom, which will both premiere on Sunday, July 24.
