While it seems like your typical office job, that changes with a simple announcement.

During a seemingly normal day, an announcement comes through the corporate intercom system that all of the employees are tasked with killing three of their co-workers. If they don’t, then this mysterious entity will kill six people at random. While these office workers first think this is just some elaborate prank, they find out that is not the case when one of their co-workers heads explodes. A group of these employees, including Mike Milch (John Gallagher Jr.), realize that their now-deceased co-worker died from an explosion inside his head, which was caused by the chips that are implanted in every worker’s head when they start working for Belko.
