This summer, the sci-fi action classicIndependence Daycelebrates its 20th Anniversary. The movie went on to become a huge success, taking in $306.1 million domestically, which, when adjusted for inflation, equates to a $594.3 million movie today. Part of this classic’s anniversary celebration is the release of its long-awaited sequel,Independence Day: Resurgence, which has debuted an extended 5-minute trailer with plenty of new footage.
