And according toFilm Divider, he has some pretty interesting ideas for this upcoming sequel, including making the main villains Tomax and Xamot.

G.I. Joe 3 will reportedly be made up of old and new characters, though the only confirmed one to return isDwayne Johnson’s Roadblock. If this latest rumor is true, he will be going up against these two evil twins. Xamot and Tomax are known for leading the ‘respectable" corporate face of Cobra, and are the founders, owners, and CEOs of Extensive Enterprises. When not engaged in terrorism, they efficiently manage Cobra’s business affairs in formal wear. They like to attack through brains over brawn, using the law to serve the purposes of Cobra. They have covered their paper trail and connection to Cobra so well, that it is thought to be impossible to prove a connection between them and the terrorist organization. The Twins were often seen in the 80s animated TV show and were featured in the Marvel comics.

When G.I. Joe 3 begins, it’s believed that Destro will still be imprisoned. So these two mirror-image characters are expected to fill the void. Paramount is reportedly looking for one actor to play both parts. Though, Tomax and Xamot aren’t the only new characters said to be introduced in this new adventure. The new sequel may also be used to launch theMASKfranchise as well, which revolves around a group of contractors who go onMission: Impossiblestyle missions in their vehicles, which have the ability to change into a variety of other forms of transportation.
