Matt Damon and Ben Affleck Have Been Making Movie Magic Together for Years

After having met as neighbors in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Damon and Affleck became fast friends, and in their early years, appeared in a couple of films together (Field of Dreams,School Ties) before hitting it big withGood Will Hunting. The duo won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for their efforts, with Damon even receiving a nomination for Best Actor, which he lost to Jack Nicholson.

Air (2023)

WhetherRIPwill become as successful as some of their other films remains to be seen, but given its subject matter and the ability of both Damon and Affleck to handle dramatic roles with ease, we won’t be surprised if it shoots to the top of the charts within hours of its release. Look for it to premiere on Netflix sometime this fall, but in the meantime, be sure to check outAir, streaming now on Prime Video.
