There are fewer iconic 80s movies than Jim Henson’sLabyrinth, with its magical combination of puppets, music and David Bowie, and as fans celebrated the 35th anniversary of the movie’s release, Brian Jay Jones joined the celebrations by recounting a little story about the casting of Bowie as the unforgettable Goblin King in Henson’s world of magic and mayhem. With a new movie currently in pre-production after numerous years of rumors and possible sequels, it seems like the perfect time to celebrate what a great film the original was....

The first trailer for Jonas Akerlund’sLords of Chaoshas been released. We were treated to a poster for the movie at the end of December, which featured Rory Culkin in corpse makeup as Norwegian black metal band Mayhem’s guitarist Oystein Aarseth, aka Euronymous. The movie is based on true events from the Norwegian black metal music scene in the early 1990s, and has already been gaining praise after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival in 2018....

Mike Tyson’s return fight against Roy Jones Jr.over the weekend may have ended in a draw, but “Iron” Mike still came very close to knocking someone out that night during an altercation after the bout. TMZ Sports reports that Tyson was leaving the Staples Center after the show when he was approached by a small group of fans asking for autographs. When Tyson obliged by walking over to interact with the group, an unidentified man in the crowd took the opportunity to confront him....

Actress and R&B singer Brandy Norwood says her ’90s comedy seriesMoeshais getting a reboot. From 1996 to 2001, Brandy starred on the classic sitcom which aired for six seasons on UPN.
