It’s a sad day today as word has come in that iconic television actor andLaverne & Shirleystar David Lander has passed away. According to his wife, Kathy, Lander died on Friday at around 6:30 p.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. His passing comes as a result of complications from multiple sclerosis, which the actor had been battling for 37 years. Kathy, along with the couple’s daughter Natalie and her husband, were at David’s bedside when he died at the age of 73 years old....
Disney has finally shared the opening date, as well as a wealth of new information aboutAvengers Campus, the new Marvel-themed land opening at California Adventure. The addition is set to open on July 18 and will feature several locations that are each hosted by different superheroes that will “share their unique powers, technology and knowledge with recruits.” For those who have ever dreamed of being an Avenger, this may be as close to the real thing as can be....

It was recently revealed that franchise star Emilio Estevez would not be returning for the second season ofThe Mighty Ducks: Game Changerson Disney+. While not much is known about the, likely animated, series, other than that it will focus on Baby Groot and will introduce a variety of “new and unusual” characters on a series of different adventures, online fans have already begun to wonder if the stories might be based on the “I Am Groot” comic book series from 2017....
