Marvel Studios released the first trailer forAnt-Man and the Wasp, and if you blinked or had to sneeze at the 55-second mark, you would have missed the first official look atGhost(Hannah John-Kamen), although there were set photos that surfaced in September teasing a street fight between Ghost and Wasp (Evangeline Lilly). Unfortunately, that one brief shot was all we saw. But just the casting of Hannah John-Kamen alone indicated that Marvel Studios was planning some pretty big changes from the character’s comic book origins, largely since Ghost from the comics is a man....

Last week, filmmakerMichael Baytook to his Instagram page to confirm that production will begin shortly onTransformers: The Last Knight, with shooting to take place inCuba. The production will be just the second major Hollywood movie to shoot in the country, followingFast & Furious 8, which started production last month. Earlier today, the filmmaker shared the first set photo from his big-budget sequel, featuring one of the many cars used in this sequel....

Zach Galligan and Gizmo have reunited for the first time in over 30 years. Galligan is back asGremlinscharacter Billy Peltzer, while Howie Mandel returns as the voice of Gizmo. The duo are sharing the screen once again, thanks to Mountain Dew, who are promoting their new MTN DEW Zero Sugar soda, which considers itself to be just as good as the original. While some soda aficionados will surely debate the merits of Mountain Dew on its own, everybody will agree that it’s great to see Billy and Gizmo back together again....

HNN Productions is sending viewers through Halloween past with the upcoming documentary,Halloween in a Box. Set for release on video on demand on August 14, 2025,Halloween in a Boxexplores the history of packaged costumes and all the drama that came with them. Come October, stores like Party City and Halloween USA are pillaged by excited little hands still sticky from eating the bulk candy in aisle 4. Wands and masks are strewn across the floor, talking animatronic decorations are left in the middle of the aisle for a poor unsuspecting toddler, and don’t even get me started on the glitter that can’t be scrubbed from the burlap table cloth....

It looks likeDark Phoenixis going to have a relatively strong connection withDeadpool 2. TheX-Menmovies, at some point, just kind of gave up on caring about continuity that made any sense. Fox seems to have abandoned trying to fix this and instead has just been making the movies they want to make, how they want to make them with connective tissue being provided when it works for the movie at hand. Star Warsis getting a LEGO Halloween special just in time for the spooky holiday this year. On Oct. 1, the new specialLEGO Star Wars Terrifying Taleswill be released exclusively on the streaming service Disney+, continuing the collaboration between Lucasfilm and the LEGO Group.
