Beckylead Lulu Wilson has hinted a third outing in the action thriller franchise following the release of the upcoming sequel,The Wrath of Becky. Speaking withComicbook.com, Wilson teased a trilogy for her wonderfully warped young hero, playing it coy when asked if there were any plans for further adventures.
“I don’t know how much I can say about this but, like, keep your hopes up. There could be something on the way.”

While Wilson carefully hints at aBeckythreequel, a further conversation with her co-star Kate Siegel pretty much confirms thatBecky 3is now happening.
“I’m not great at keeping in touch with anyone, but we had dinner the other night and it was amazing. Like Kate is, we’re very similar people and she’s such a talented actress. It was really exciting to work with her. Hoping that she’ll make an appearance in the third. But she’s fantastic. It was really fun, like getting to do our, like, two seconds of time together.”

Picking up two years after its 2020 predecessor,The Wrath of Beckyfinds its titular protagonist attempting to rebuild her life in the care of an older woman – a kindred spirit named Elena. But when a group known as the “Noble Men” break into their home, attack them, and take her beloved dog, Diego, Beckymust return to her old waysto protect herself and her loved ones.
Though we have no idea whatBecky 3might be about, it’s likely that it would once again find Wilson’s titular character demonstrating her particular set of skills and carrying out vicious vengeance on a band of Neo-Nazis. Because why mess with perfection?

The Wrath of Becky Has Been Described as ‘A Gleefully Sick Good Time’
MovieWeb’s own Matthew Mahler has now had the pleasure of seeingThe Wrath of Becky, describing the action thriller as being akin to“a darkly funny comic book.”
“The Wrath of Becky, at times, almost feels satirical. Some of the violence (and Becky’s physical abilities) are so over-the-top that the film seems to exist in a kind of elevated state of comic craziness. From the credits on, the film is clearly more like a darkly funny comic book than the somewhat grittier first film.”
The Wrath of Beckyeven hints towards a potential third movie which, which we now know thanks to Lulu Wilson and Kate Siegel, is already on the cards.
“It opens up room for a third film, and depending on what the state of the world is like in a few years, we may very well need it.”
