Every new season ofGame of Thronesbrings its fair share of death, and from what we can gather so far,Season 6will be no different. Last week, series starLiam Cunninghamteased that there will be a surprising number ofdead bodiesthis year, although we’ll have to wait until the April 24 to find out if anyone loses their life in the premiere. ActressSophie Turner, whose character Sansa Stark has managed to survive through the first five seasons, recently revealed in an interview with theWall Street Journalthat she actually wants her character to be killed off at some point. Here’s what she had to say about what she would like to see if she were writing the ending forGame of Thrones.

“I don’t want to survive and I want Littlefinger to end up on the throne. If you’re onGame of Thronesand you don’t have a cooldeath scene, then what’s the point? I think it would be really disappointing if I got to the end and I was okay.”

Ironically, the last time we sawSansa Stark, some thought she might have been dead. In theSeason 5finale, Sansa escaped Winterfell with the help of her old friend Theon (Alfie Allen), as they both jumped from the high Winterfell walls. We never see them land, but the actress confirmed that she lands in a pile of snow. While she wouldn’t reveal any specific details, the actress did shed some light onSeason 6, teasing that characters will start to come together again after going their separate ways in the first five seasons.

“The past five seasons have kind of been everyone spreading out and going their separate ways, and it’s very sparse. Season 6 feels like everything is kind of coming together. There are story lines intertwining and people are coming together, forming alliances with other characters, and everyone is kind of coming towards the same goal. This season is about her taking charge and being a leader, rather than just a pawn in someone else’s game. This is a big season for her. She’s really gonna thrive this season.”
