Jackson.

Also returning for Season 3 are Dwight’s hired driver,Tyson Mitchell (Jay Will), his financier,Bodhi Geigerman (Martin Starr), his partner and local bar owner,Mitch Keller (Garrett Hedlund), and his Season 2 love interest,Margaret Deveraux (Dana Delaney).

Beale may return, but she has not yet been confirmed.

Beau Knapp as Cole Dunmire
Beau Knapp(The Nice Guys, SEAL Team) has been tapped to playCole Dunmire, the spoiled and privileged trust-fund child of Jeremiah Dunmire. Described as a “country boy with crazy in his eyes” byDeadline, Cole is sure to be an unpredictable thorn in Dwight’s side as he bolsters his crew andexpands his criminal empire.
Bella Heathcote as Cleo Montague
Bella Heathcote(The Neon Demon, Pieces of Her) will portrayCleo MontagueinTulsa KingSeason 3.Billed byVarietyas “a Tulsa native born and raised, and the daughter of a distillery owner,” Cleo is bound to run afoul of Dwight and his illegal business endeavors. Considering Mitch’s distillery ties, Cleo may cross his path as well. IMDb has also listed Brett Rice as Theo Montague, presumably Cleo’s father.

One of the most fascinating developments of Dwight’s relocation is how he becomes a rival to his New York affiliates. Considering Renzetti’s equable nature, he may be on hand to smooth things over between the sides.
Kevin Pollak as Special Agent Musso
Versatile actorKevin Pollak(The Usual Suspects, A Few Good Men) has been cast to playSpecial Agent MussoinTulsa King3.Described byVarietyas “an FBI agent who has an axe to grind,” the Italian-named Musso likely has a family grudge dating back to Dwight’s time in New York. Whether Musso is in the mafia’s pocket is yet to be seen.
Samuel L. Jackson as Russell Lee Washington, Jr.
The greatSamuel L. Jackson(Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown) is set to star in the eventualTulsa Kingspinoff,NOLA King. As the mob drama moves from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to New Orleans, Louisiana, Jackson will take the reins as mobsterRussell Lee Washington Jr.
The Most Powerful Players in ‘Tulsa King,’ Ranked
As is usually the case with gangster tales, the show has several power players, each with a varying degree of influence.
While not yet confirmed to be seen or heard from inTulsa King 3, Washington is sure to appear, or at least be mentioned, before the fourth season ends. Either way, fans can rest easier knowing the franchise is set to move from Stallone’s to Jackson’s capable hands.

Promoted to Series Regulars
In addition to the main holdovers and new cast members, at least threeTulsa Kingcharacters have been promoted to series regulars. They include the Manfredi family bodyguard,Michael “Bigfoot” (Michael “Ca$h Flo” Walden), a former rival mobster turned Manfredi ally,Dennis “Goodie” Carangi (Chris Caldovino), and a member of the Even Higher Plane mob and associate of the Manfredi family,Grace (McKenna Quigley Harrington).
At last glance onthe gritty mafia TV show, Manfredi and his crew conducted a ballistic revenge campaign against Bevilaqua’s crew after it was discovered that Manny had stolen money on their behalf. Chickie gets whacked, leaving a leadership vacuum for the Ivernizzi family.

With Manfredi’s crew moving into Ivernizzi’s territory, they will inevitably meet violent resistance as they attempt to expand their Midwestern crime syndicate. WhenTulsa Kingreturns in late September 2025, Manfredi and his mobsters will have to deal with Bevilaqua and the newly added characters.
