Fans ofYellowstoneare going to get to visit the fabled train station again real soon. And for those who aren’t familiar with creators Taylor Sheridan and John Linson’s neo-Western,Yellowstoneis making its broadcast debut on CBS (perDeadline) this fall for those who are officially late to the party.

CBS will begin airing episodes of the Dutton family drama on September 17 at 8:30 p.m. EDT. TheYellowstonepremiere immediately follows double-header action on the gridiron as the NFL enters Week 2 of the 2023 season. The start time forYellowstonewill vary slightly weekend to weekend depending on whether the network is carrying one or two NFL games. Viewers can expectYellowstoneto air at 8 p.m. after single-header matchups and at 9 p.m. after doubleheaders.

For those who didn’t jump on theYellowstonebandwagon at the beginning, this is a great opportunity to catch up on the Emmy nominated series from the get-go. Eventually, new episodes of Sheridan and Linson’s creation will eventually air, but until the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and the Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) strikes end, reruns will have to suffice.

Yellowstone debuts September 17 on CBS

Yellowstonefans were left in the lurch when it comes to the conclusion of season five. The final episodes were originally supposed to drop on the Paramount Network over the summer, but the Kevin Costner controversy put the kibosh on completing production. The end result: Costner will not return to the program. And aspin-off sequel series starring Matthew McConaugheywill eventually come to fruition once the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes end.

Yellowstoneco-star Luke Grimes recently revealed thatno filming has been donewith regard to the second half of season five. However, CBS still has four-and-a-half seasons of Dutton family drama to offer audiences come September 17. ButYellowstoneisn’t the only high-profile series highlighting the upcoming fall lineup. Beginning September 27, Wednesdays will be devoted to a pair of reality shows:Survivor(8 p.m.) andThe Amazing Raceat 9:30 p.m.

BothSurvivorseason 45 andThe Amazing Race’s35th season find themselves in new time slots. For college football fans, the annual tradition of the Southeastern Conference(SEC) on CBS premieres on Saturday, September 16 when the back-to-back NCAA National Champion Georgia Bulldogs welcome the South Carolina Gamecocks to Athens to play between the hedges. The SEC has won four-straight national championships and five of the last six since 2017.

On Saturday, September 25 a short marathon commemorating 20 years ofNCISwill air from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m. Meanwhile, new episodes ofThe Price Is Right at Nightpremiere on Monday, October 2, andLet’s Make a Dealreturns on Friday, November 3. The CBS fall schedule officially kicks off with theBig Brotherlive show on Thursday, September 14 at 8 p.m.
